The Drum Line pressing trays have been designed for melting and dosing various thermoplastic materials such as hot melt EVA, pressure sensitive, polyamides, polyurethane and mastics. The melting capacity varies from 8/10 Kg to 70/80 Kg with 1 or 2 pumps.
The simplicity of use is certainly one of the winning features of this product, in fact, directly from the operator panel Touch Screen, you can manage all the functions of the machine, with the possibility to interface the system with the production line via Ethernet or Modbus interface.
The melting plate can be smooth for low melting or finned for medium and high melting, depending on the product to be melted and the melting rate required by the process.
